Im allgemeinen dienen die Regeln aber einem Zweck, beispielsweise Schaden von seinen Mitmenschen abzuwenden. Wem genau (außer eventuell sich selbst) hat Harting mit seinem Verhalten geschadet?
Dem Ansehen seines Arbeitsgebers hat er damit sicher auch keinen Gefallen getan...
