Wir wissen nicht, was im Vorfeld passiert ist. Er hätte die Möglichkeit, seine Goldmedaille sehr gut zu vermarkten; aber das will er offensichtlich gar nicht. Er will auch wohl nach dem Sieg mit den Menschen feiern, die ihm etwas bedeuten. Ich habe kurz ein derartige Aussage von ihm gehört. Er ist mit Sicherheit kein situationsgeschmeidiger Mensch. Die Situation auf dem Podest mit verschränkten Armen spricht für Abwehr gegen die Leute von außen. Er will für sich sein. Diese Geste lernt man in der Psychologie. Ich glaube, dass er im Grunde seines Herzens ein sehr introvertierter Mensch ist, der die Abschottung liebt. Nur muss er sich bewusst sein, dass er damit so manchem Menschen vor das Schienbein tritt. Negativerlebnisse mit anderen Menschen sollten einen Menschen nicht für immer in den generellen Rückzug bewegen. Man lernt im Laufe seines Lebens jede Menge unterschiedlicher Arten von Menschen kennen. Er hat das Recht auf eine gewisse Art von Individualismus, die aber auch Respekt vor Menschen und Situationen beinhaltet. Die Auslegung kann natürlich sehr individuell sein. Er scheint sehr konsequent zu sein, wenn er einmal enttäuscht worden ist. Im Alter wird man immer etwas milder als ein junger Mensch. Es gibt allerdings z. B. für mich auch einen Menschen, dem ich für immer den Handschlag verweigere. Da wäre ich auch nie mehr umzustimmen. Ich würde seine Negativerfahrung mit der Presse nicht auf alle ausweiten. Es gibt doch bei den Medien auch sehr nette "Vertreter". Ich denke da in früheren Zeiten an Rubenbauer, Adler, Damm ...
