Hoffentlich rafft es jetzt auch der Letzte hier, dass Even Pace auch über 800 m die Methode ist für die schnellsten Zeiten.
Wann hörst du endlich mal auf?
1.) 50,3 + 50,9 ist kein Even Split
2.) zeigt das nicht, dass das die beste Methode ist, sondern nur, dass noch mehr Potential vorhanden ist.
Quatschkopf.
WANYONYI ist mit Even Pace in diesem Rennen die mit Abstand schnelleste Zeit seines Lebens gelaufen und hat seine PB um mehr als vier Zehnel gesteigert.
Natürlich war dies ein Even Pace Rennen, er ist eben nicht in 48/49 angelaufen.
Du brauchst nicht schon wieder anfangen, dir die Definition von Even Pace so um zu definieren, dass es gerade in deine Argumentation passt. Die Fakten sprechen gegen dich. Und die anderen Meinungen hier im Forum auch.
