Ich denke, daß das Grundmuster des greifenden Absprungs nicht verändert werden sollte, da ansonsten zu viel an horizontaler Geschwindigkeit verloren geht.
Es ist eben "das Leichte, das schwer zu machen ist" - hätte BRECHT gesagt.
Abhängig ist das zweifellos von einem schnellen Aufsetzen des Sprungbeines und dass der KSP nicht mehr so weit vor dem Balken ist, also mehr ein Schub nach vorne entstehen kann. Wer dann durch koordinierte Arm-Bein-Bewegung die Vorwärtsdrehung, eben den Schub nach vorn, kompensieren kann, wird auch noch gut landen.
P.S.: Am besten konnte das bestimmt Dreispringer J. Edwards; er schien bei seinen Jumps nie bremsend zu stemmen.
