Das klingt esoterisch, weil wir nicht gewöhnt sind so zu denken.
Die Menschheit ist ja auch noch sehr jung…

grundsätzlich stimme ich mit dir überein, dass jeder seinen eingenen Weg finden muss, bzw. zusammen mit dem Trainer finden.
Aber ist nicht doch auch etwas Wahrscheinlichkeit dabei, dass der eine Weg besser ist als der andere ? Oder warum hast du Bücher zum Hochsprung geschrieben ?
Daher einen "Lösungsraum" vorbegen halt ich schon für sinnvoll, bzw. auch bestimmte Fehler benennen - es muss nicht jeder immer alle Fehler selbst machen
Zum Thema noch mal:
Wie lange ein Reiz den anderen Überlagert hängt natürlich von der Intensität des vorher gehenden Reizes ab, als auch der Person
Aber vielleicht hilft es auch doch noch mal nach gemeinsamkeiten zwischen "Ausdauer" im Sinne von lange schnell laufen und Sprinten zu suchen:
-Laufstil / Lauf-Abc
-Sprünge
