Ich habe ebenfalls Kniebeugen in verschiedenen Variationen gemacht, allerdings unter genauer Kontrolle und Einhaltung der korrekten Ausführung - keine Knieprobleme (abgesehen von jenen, die durch eine Knie-OP im Alter von 10 Jahren verursachten…). Man darf aber auch nicht unterschlagen, dass ein Sprinter auch andere Trainingseinheiten, "neben den Kniebeugen ", macht und gerade in den Kombinationen lauert oft das Problem. Das Knie wird durch die Kniebeugen z.B. (mit Gewicht) stark belastet, korrekt ausgeführt und nicht überbelastet, kann es die Belastung kompensieren.

Die Fragestellung vorab bei Durchführung einer Kraftübung sollte disziplinspezifisch sehr exakt sein, damit sie den gewünschten Effekt erzielt. Es sollte doch auffallen, dass sich die gewichtheberischen Übungen und die leichtathletischen Disziplinen im Anforderungsprofil erheblich unterscheiden. Folglich kann ich doch mit den Übungen aus dem Gewichtheberlager nicht die Exaktheit hinsichtlich leichtathletischer Kräftigung erreichen.
Nur so einige Fragen, die man sich z. B. bei der beidbeinigen Tiefkniebeuge stellen sollte: Wie umgehe ich ein Kraftdefizit? Wie baue ich Reflexsituationen ein? Trainiere ich offene oder geschlossene Ketten mit welchen Folgen? Trainiere ich im 2D- oder 3D-Bereich hinsichtlich der Anforderungen? Erfolgt die beidbeinige Tief-Kniebeuge achsengerecht? Entspricht sie den gesundheitlichen Anforderungen anhand ganz ausgewählter Parameter? Will ich überhaupt Hypertrophie oder liegt der Akzent auf anderen leistungsfördernden Parametern? Das sind nur so einige Denkansätze!
