Es gibt wirklich unzählige Möglichkeiten,wie man eine Kniebeuge ausführen kann!
Von welcher speziellen Ausführung wird hier gesprochen??
Eine der besten Verbundübungen für den VMO ist eine Tiefkniebeuge,bei der man "ganz kontrolliert" runtergeht,bis das Gesäß die Waden berührt,dann bis zur Parallele hoch, wieder runter, erst danach ganz hoch geht!
Damit meine ich,dass diese Grundübungen eine Kraftgrundlage schaffen können,besonders bei Anfängern und Fortgeschrittenen...
Das find' ich gut. Ganz offensichtlich erläutert uns Leichtathleten ein Gewichtheber / Kraftsportler wie wir's machen müssen und dass TKB nicht unbedingt zu Schäden führen müssen. Ich behaupte auch, dass TKB (T-Willy nennt sie Grundübung!) ganz einfach zur Entwicklung der Kraftgrundlage gehören. Und wenn sie technisch s o ausgeführt werden wie empfohlen, dann sind sie leistungsfördernd für alle LA.
Jetzt behaupte ich mal: Von Gewichthebern lernen, heißt siegen lernen.
