12 DL crescendo im Wald
Feeling very strong – as if I had taken something.
So kann es weitergehen

For a runner it is now the time of the year to make miles.
Ich werde alles geben, was ich habe.
Seit heute trage ich – noch einmal – das Kenia Armband.
