Meine Antwort: Lesen, Lesen, Lesen, Basics lernen, bei unterschiedlichen Trainern die nachweislich gut Ausbilden und Leistungen entwickeln Hospitieren (Co- Trainerschaft) !! Und alles kritisch hinterfragen ! ... Dann event. nach 5-10 Jahren Trainer, mit Wissen über den ZWL- Einsatz, ... viel Spaß dabei!
Die mühselige Frage wer sich Trainer nennen darf und wer "nur Übungsleiter" ist, hatten wir im Verein auch einmal. Mit der Konsequenz, dass die Trainer gegangen sind. Wir haben in der Zwischenzeit überhaupt keine Trainer und überhaupt keine Übungsleiter mehr.
Der DLV hat Trainerlizenzen von C Breitensport bis A Leistungssport, sowie Qualifikationen bis zu einem Diplom-Trainer (siehe Lehrordnung § 1 und § 2). Das sind dann auch Trainer. Oder etwa nicht?
Ob die Bezeichnung C Trainer Leistungssport richtig oder falsch ist, das ist eine ganz andere Diskussion. Für mich aber vor allem wegen dem Begriff "Leistungssport". Der wird nämlich viel zu schnell verwendet. Aus meiner Sicht ist meine Ausbildung nicht ausreichend für einen tatsächlichen Leistungssport.
Zudem schreckt der Satz "...das erweckt den Anschein von fundierten Wissen über Training, was Sie mit Ihren Fragen hier nicht zeigen!" eher ab tatsächlich Fragen zu stellen. Weil man als Trainer damit gleich die Trainer-Fähigkeit abgesprochen bekommt.
