Bei den 100m war dies anscheinend nicht der Fall. Dort sind Leute drin, die die Quali haben und zusätzlich noch 27 "Schlechte".
Der Mann von den Fiji-Insel ist hier ein interessanter Fall. Er ist Ozeanien-Meister und ist somit eigentlich gleichzusetzen mit einem Sprinter mit Norm. Die IAAF schickt ihn aber trotzdem in die Vor-Vorläufe. Über diese Läufe kommen 12 Sprinter in die erste Runde. Dazu kommen noch 46 vorqualifizierte Sprinter. Somit haben wir vermutlich 7 Vorläufe.
