Diak hat es gut auf den Punkt gebracht: Als Trainer hat man es mit Menschen zu tun für die man verantwortlich, einfach weil ein Trainer durch seine Kompetenz (zumindest sollte er die haben…), die Authorität in der Verbindung ist. Salazar hat diese Verantwortung missbraucht!
Du glaubst allen Ernstes nicht, dass Salazar genau jener Mensch ist, dem Drangsalieren ein Mittel für das Durchsetzen SEINER Methoden ist (= Macht gebrauchen/misbrauchen)? Da erzählen mehrere Athleten aber etwas ganz anderes, ihm geht es darum in "Napoleon-Manier" jederzeit sicher zu stellen, dass nur sein Wort gilt. (Das ist bei nicht wenigen Führungskräften, auch außerhalb des Sports genau so). Jeder Einwand, auch berechtigt, wird als Subversion verstanden - das hört man auch in den wenigen Interviews die es gibt heraus, er verstellt sich nicht einmal vor dem Mikrophon. So jemand sieht nicht nur keinen ethischen Konflikt, es ist ihnen schlicht egal was z.B. auch die Wissenschaft (vulgo andere, selbst solche mit Kompetenz) sagt.
Aber wir spekulieren, dennoch sollte man genau hinhören wenn so jemand sich äußert. Es ist vor allem der Ton und die Nuancen seiner Formulierungen die eine deutliche Sprache sprechen, zum öffentlichen rumpoltern a là Trump ist er nicht blöd genug.
