Vermutlich ist die untere Wirbelsäule gemeint, ich kenne einige “sehr schlanke" Frauen, die damit enorme Probleme haben. Manchmal mag man gar nicht zusehen, wenn die sich morgens erheben… (Trainingslager, falls hier jemand Assoziationen knüpfen möchte )
Eine Läuferin wie Charlotte Purdue (GB) war als U20ergerin ein "Pummelchen" (sie ist recht klein aber kräfitg, trotzdem eine 32er Zeit über 10K) hat in den letzten 4Jahren doch deutlich abgenommen, ist den Marathon auch schon in 2:32std gelaufen (London 2016) aber auf den unteren Distanzen nicht schneller geworden. Die "Kilo-Hatz" geht nicht immer auf und einige deutsche Läuferinnen scheinen doch Substanz verloren zu haben. Naja…
