Ich denke er bekommt ihn tatsächlich aus dem Ring! Ob bis zum Rasen…
Trotzdem sind diese untypischen Diziplinen oft recht aufschlussreich. Beim Boxer sieht man, dass er viel Schnellkraft besitzt, diese aber nicht übermäßig effektiv einsetzt - ich bin mal so mutig und prognostiziere: Bei geeignetem Training könnte er sogar die 11 Sekunden knacken. Der Hochspringer (Grabbarz) läuft recht effektiv, da ist nicht mehr so viel Potential um ihn zum Sprinter zu machen.
Die Triathleten wollen nicht oder können nicht, der Sprint sieht nicht überzeugend aus - nicht bei durchtrainierten Athleten mit einem Laufanteil am Ende ihrer Diziplin! (Müssen die nie "endspurten"?)
Mo Farrah bewegt sich eigentlich flott (alles andere hätte auch verwundert), aber als Sprinter hat er deutliche Reserven: Der Sprint wirkt wie bei einem Kind, der ganze Körper ist nicht stabil, der Armeinsatz groß, ein großer Teil der Kraft wird aber "verschleudert". Die Beine erzeugen schnell einen raumgreifenden Schritt, die Frequenz ist vor allem am Start aber viel zu gering und insgesamt zu "kraftlos" für einen Sprint am Limit - für einen Endspurt wo es auf einen schnellen, nicht so kräftezehrenden Stil ankommt natürlich genau richtig.
Bei diesem "Spaß" zeigt sich auch etwas leichtathletisch-typisches, es erlaubt einen umittelbaren Vergleich unterschiedlichster Sportler und Sportlertypen - sprinten / laufen kann jeder, es nun mal unsere natürlichste Bewegungsform (oder mittlerweile eher das Sitzen )
