Ich messe Trainer nicht daran, wie viele Medaillen ihre Athleten holen, sondern an den folgenden Kriterien:
- Sind die Athleten (weitestgehend) verletzungsfrei?
- Verbessern sich die Athleten von Jahr zu Jahr (bis zu einem gewissen Alter)
- Bringen die Athleten zum Saisonhöhepunkt ihre beste Leistung?
-> Wie vielen Trainern könnte man eine gute Leistung bescheinigen wenn man diese Kriterien anwendet?
Deine Kriterien zur Bewertung der Leistungen unterschreibe ich mit einer Ergänzung, dass grundsätzlich ein Leistungsniveau im Vorfeld unter den Top16 der bereinigten WBL da sein sollte. Wendet man diese Kriterien an, fallen mind. 80 % der Deutschen Leistungen durch.
Dann ist nur noch die Frage, ob das ein guter oder schlechter Wert ist. Ich würde ihn als miserabel einstufen.
