Wir werden nicht plötzlich zur Insportart, wenn wir Disziplinen komplett umkrempeln.
Das Treffen des Brettes/das Überwinden der Latte gehört zu den Sprungdisziplinen dazu und macht einen guten Teil der Spannung des Wettbewerbs aus.
Noch mehr Sportler durch weitere Verschärfung der Normen komplett vom Wettkampf ausschließen, nur weil man das Programm straffen möchte, halte ich auch nicht für sinnvoll.
Die Akzeptanz einer Sportart beim Publikum steht und fällt mit erfolgreichen Sportlern mit hohem Identifikationsfaktor. Nur damit bekommt man mehr Sendezeit. Anstatt sich also durch Veränderung der Wettbewerbe/Wettkampfabläufe bei einem Publium anzubiedern, das bei nächster Gelegenheit doch wieder zu einer anderen gerade "hippen" Sportart abwandert, sollte man sich darauf konzentrieren, Talente zu finden und zu fördern, um dem Kernpublikum das zu bieten, was es sehen möchte - erfolgreiche Athleten.
