Der Straßenlauf-Verband German Road Races plant eine "Lauf-Bundesliga".
Anfürsich finde ich den Gedanken spannend. Ich frage mich aber, inwiefern der Straßenlauf hier noch mehr sich von der sonstigen Leichtathletik abkoppelt und zugunsten von Straßenlauf-Veranstaltern "privatisiert" wird?! Ein Punktesystem mit vielen Wettkämpfen ist ja auch das Gegenteil von der trainingsmethodisch angestrebten Periodisierung mit einer Hand voll Saisonhöhepunkten. Also lieber lange Durchschnittsform im jahr oder 2-3x Spitzenform?
Die wichtigsten Fragen bleiben im Konzept soweit ich das sehe eh offen: Wie viele Wettkämpfe sind Teil des Wettbewerbs? Eher 5 im Jahr oder 24? Welche Distanzen sollen gelaufen werden? Fleißt das Geld nur an die Veranstalter und Sieger oder in Jugendarbeit und auch andere Disziplinen? etc. etc.
Weiß jemand mehr? Was denkt ihr darüber?
