Hallo liebe Trainerkollegen.
Ich hab mal meine Anregungen zur Hürdenlauf-Didaktik bei Youtube eingestellt.
Vielleicht ergibt sich daraus ein fruchtbarer Austausch für alle.

Die Hürden sind uns leider alle,ja alle, an der Drehschraube kaputtgegangen.
