Gerade auf Instagram gesehen, dass Furlani und Bozhidar Saraboyukov beide 8,39m weit gesprungen sind. Gewonnen hat Furlani, weil sein zweitbester Versuch von 8,38m einen Zentimeter weiter war, als der von Saraboyukov.

Den Pacer hätte man sparen können. Diese 1.59 waren eine bessere Jogging Einheit für Bol. Also da habe ichkeine Zweifel, dass wir da zügig Richtung 1.57 kommen.
Wie erwartet, Null Probleme beim Übergang. Gut vorbereitet ohne Hast.

Kann man mal so machen als erstes 800m-Rennen. Aber auch Kolbe war schon in Ordnung finde ich.
